Guarantees
We offer satisfaction guarantees on website design and video production. With website design our satisfaction guarantee means that we will edit the website development until you are happy with the design, up and until the site goes live on your domain. Once any of our designs ‘go live’ on your business website domain it is deemed that the work is already accepted as satisfactory. If after going live you still require minor edits or tweaks we will happily attend to these as needed and as is reasonable. If you need further work completing that is outside the original project brief we will happily attend to these also but naturally additional charges will apply as they would not of formed part of our original quote. Our aim is to always deliver quality results in line with your project brief and we will bend over backwards to deliver quality work so that you feel compelled to recommended our services to others.
With video production our satisfaction guarantee covers each of the 3 stages of (1) script writing, (2) voice-over and (3) animation / video production. Each stage of the video process from 1 through to 3 has to be confirmed and deemed as accepted and fully satisfactory before the next stage can be started. So for instance a voice-over will not be recorded until the script is 100% confirmed and accepted. The fact a voice-over has been recorded is a sign that the previous script writing process has been accepted and confirmed as 100% satisfactory. The same goes for the video animation and video production (stage 3) this can not start until the script writing and the voice-over have been fully accepted as satisfactory. Money back will no longer be available on a previous stage of the process. Once the video moves into production (i.e. animation or video production) the money back option is no longer available. But as we aim to deliver quality work, and quality results if you need edits or tweaks we will happily attend to these as needed. Keeping to a 100% success rate of each client and customer being happy with the quality and standard of work we deliver is an aim we consistently work to.
