What exactly do you print?

Pretty well anything. We have vast experience as we started out in printing in 1978. We print business stationery, marketing material such as leaflets, fliers, sales letters, booklets, brochures, catalogues, posters, invoice sets and pads, cards, banners, pop-up displays, greeting cards, printed envelopes – almost anything that is printed! Quality is superb as our standards are very high.

Can we supply our own print for you to mail?

Yes no problem. We would like the opportunity to quote on your printing of course but we understand that you may already have a good relationship with your printer and just need our superb mail fulfilment services.

We don’t really use direct mail but can you do our printing?

Yes of course. We would encourage all business to keep in contact with their customers via mail but if that’s not for you then we’re happy to deliver your printing to your offices, anywhere in the UK, free of charge

How long will my job take?

Turnaround times for print range from 2-10 working days depending on the complexity of the work and whether you supply finished artwork or would like us to do it. Mailing turnaround times vary depending on whether you supply your own print or would like us to do it.

We would advise that you call us  in advance to discuss lead times as planning ahead can often shorten lead times.

Why pay a mailing house for fulfilment when I can get my staff to do it during downtime?

It may initially appear to be cheaper to do the work yourself but when you take into account the significant postal discounts that we pass on to our clients, it is often cheaper to get us to do ALL the work than it is for you to do it yourself. Do you keep our data totally secure?

Yes, we have technological and physical security measures in place to ensure that your data is kept securely. We don’t buy or sell data so have no interest in sharing your data with anyone other than Citipost and our UK based data processing bureau. A copy of our data security policy is available on request.

What format do you need the data in?

Data can be supplied in a CSV file, a TXT file or a Microsoft Excel® file. Ideally, all elements of the name and address should be in separate fields/columns but if that’s not how your data is laid out, please feel free to send it over to us via our secure upload and we’ll check that it can be used as it is.
